NARCOTIC AntiDote saves lives
Naloxone, also known as Narcan, is a narcotic antidote. It quickly reverses the dangerous, life threatening effects of an opioid overdose. When administered quickly and correctly during an overdose, it can save a life.
Narcan is available at most pharmacies. In some states there are programs or policies in place for free Naloxone emergency kits. Check your local medical agencies for current policies and availability.
